Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2011 - *Please see first post before posting*

My top 5:

1. Joan Smalls (she stole the show...classic and drop dead gorgeous)
2. Karlie Kloss (she was funny, sexy, confident and of course will be the next VS angel)
3. Bregje Heinen (IMO, she's everything a VS model should be! B) I've not seen a newcomer with so much potential since Candice's debut in 2007.)
4. Toni Garnn (FLAWLESS at least there are still models like her that provide classicism and elegance to the show and still look incredibly beautiful and full of personality.)
5. Sui He (sweet and charming!..so happy she was not tanned and does look stunning on tv)

Special mentions to Shanina Shaik (her body and beauty just blew me away), Anaís Mali(gorgeous!) and Jessica Clarke(only 1 ridiculous pink outfit but oh well she pulled it off). They did amazingly well for their first show!

My all time favs angels as always are Candice, Doutzen, Miranda and Alessandra(I have to admit i didn't like her walk in the first segment, though :/) ...AND as much as I love Adriana, personally i cannot stand her...those silly stupid things she does... bothers me a lot!
I also like Erin she is full the energy and Lindsay she is a classic beauty (love her sparkle on her stare)...KUDOS to them because at least do their work well and walk without looking like two drunks on the runway.

Maryna, Flavia, Lily Donaldson, Izabel and Constance were the highlights for me aswell! Hope to see all them the next year again B)

It was a big night for CBS’ Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which pulled in viewers well above usual levels last night. The star-studded show drew 10.3 million (last year’s special only had 9 million viewers). It’s the largest audience for the fashion show since 2002, says CBS. The only show to beat it in ratings last night? The re-airing of the 1964 classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, which brought in 12.7 million viewers.

the show was actually ok...but the editing was HORRIBLE in relation to the focus on the models.

When Adriana opened the super heroe segment, it looked much better in the preview . The editing didn't bring about any anticipation whatsoever.

Bregje and Toni were massive standouts for me. Both painfully gorgeous, incredible bodies, and great elegant walks that weren't OTT.

I thought Joan looked amazing as well.

I love Adriana but she is so full of herself!! Did you see her closing the Passion segment? She walks back, and she opens her arms at the end of the runway like the Queen of England!! Everyone starts roaring with applause, and you know she's just thinking, "I know I'm the sh!t "!! Just too much!!!

She is aware that know matter how much they push other girls, she is the true star of the VSFS

Oh my gosh, that made me laugh! I love Adriana too, but it was a little weird. It was taking she was taking a bow and thanking the audience after a performance

Toni Garrn - In the first looks she blow me away
Ieva Laguna - She really worked it on the Pink Section, and when she lift her leg...
Izabel Goulart - I've always wondered why she's not an angel.
Constance Jablonski - Such a powerful walk, and extremely beautiful in that outfit.
Bregje Heinen - She looked so beautiful in the Ballet segment.

Girls I didn't like

Sui He - I don't think she's that beautiful.
Lily Donaldson - In HF i like her a lot, and last year she was great, but now i just saw her as an average model from the show.
Karlie Kloss - Although it's obvious Vs loves her, i don't think she has the body for it, her hips are too tied... and the boobs nowhere to be seen
Julia Stegner - Don't know why they cast her, she hasn't a beautiful face or a great body.
Flavia de Oliveira - I love her, but i don't know what i did miss from her in this show... I felt her ageing it's not flattering her.

Best Angels:

Erin Heatherton - Best body of all of the angels.
Adriana Lima
Alessandra Ambrossio

Angels, that sould not be angels

Lily Alridge - Not Beautiful face, and she feels awkward in the runway.
Behati Prinsloo - She's beautiful, but waaaaay too average girl.
Chanel Iman - No necessity of comments.
Doutzen Kroes - Her body is going everywhere, beautiful face, but her ageing it's as good as adriana's or alessandra's.

I just watched the whole show. I must say there were a lot of WTF moments especially from the Angels. Adriana was absolutely cringe-worthy. I had so much second hand embarrassment watching her. Ale looked ridiculous, too. I honestly thought they were both much worse than Lily & Chanel (who were nowhere near as bad as they're made out to be by people in this thread).
Out of the Angels I thought Erin did the best job. She looked fun, confident and beautiful and she has a great walk and the best body out of the Angels.
Lindsey Ellingson was surprisingly good until she kissed her puffed shoulder thingys which was just weird,lol.

Out of the newbies I was very happy with my girls Sui He & Anais Mali, but I'm biased so that doesn't count for anything. Bregje and Toni were a nice addition, too.

I didn't like Anja (way too serious for VS) & Lais (boring as hell).

Karlie totally rocked!


And I seem to be in the minority here but I loved all of the live performances (except for Maroon 5) and loved the music in general.
The outfits weren't as bad as they looked in pictures, either.

Overall it was very entertaining and enjoyable. The first time I could watch the VSFS without zapping to other things all the time.

I watched the full downloaded show, and I am at Adriana when she is dancing during the PINK section. She is so cute, they always seem to catch her doing funny dances. I thought Karlie's shake was the worst, but her huge smile when she is walking out in the PINK section is soooooooo huge she looks like a blow up doll Lmao. I am finding more things laughable at this show than good.

I just watch the show. And here it goes..

i still think last year's (2010) VSFS was way better than this BUT damn (!) VS did great editing as usual. Overall everything looked so good. Even Chanel's drunk walk looked normal. Also i must confess that i like Karlie in the show! she looked so cute and ambitious. (not talking about shaking )

Only thing i didn't like in the show was Anja Rubik. WTH was she doing at the show? She was souring but smile!!

I liked it better than '09-10. It started off slow, but it got more fun later. My favorite segments were Aquatic, I Put A Spell On You, and Pink. Not the best outfits for Pink, but it was fun. I wish they'd opened with something more cheerful, but Candice was fine. Ballet was all right, just not an opener.

Absolutely loved Bregje, Lily D., Behati, Karmen, Constance, Flavia, Toni, Joan, Shannan, and Doutzen. Candice, Maryna, Lindsay, and Shanina were great as well. Liu and Sui were adorable. Miranda was cute. Erin and Lais I like in general, but they need to be a little more "on" on the runway.

The blurring of bums and slow-mo were embarrassing. As were the gimmicky things like Adriana's ending to Passion, Karlie's dancing in Aquatic, and some of Ale's moves in Ballet. I know they're told to do it, but one thing's to do so naturally and another to force it.

Previous VSFS models I miss and hope come back next year: Magda, Ana BB., Anna J., Rosie, Inguna, and Abbey (of '08-09 ). I also miss the holiday and wintery themes they used to have right up until '07 or '08. It's not the same without them. I liked it overall though.

so, my favourite was definitely Toni Garrn: perfect body, she's such a natural beauty, she's flawless, sexy, elegant and not tacky at all, her outfits fits her perfectly.

a big NO: Anja Rubik: i don't even understand... the main reason is what we are not allowed to talk about here, plus no smiles, no emotions, nothing on her face. she was an odd one out.

i really liked Karlie, her personality perfect for VS, but must say, besides her amazing long legs, her body is not the best, a bit too boyish, skinny and she has no boobs at all. VS needs a sexy body.

i also really liked Sui He, she's so natural, sweet and delicate, a bit shy, but that came off in a cute way.

ohh and Karmen, she was lovely, her smile just melt my heart, i'm so happy she got the show. she always seems so relaxed and cool, no smiles, few talk, so high fashion. she has hot body

Oh my god. This is absolutely ridiculous. One minute we're all complaining about the models being/looking too young, and then the next minute we're complaining about models ageing/looking too old. WTF. I know I'd rather see a 30-year-old Alessandra and a 26-year-old Doutzen, who are real women, rather than an 18-year-old schoolgirl.

On a lighter note, I still haven't watched the whole show yet - I am reserving this afternoon for my viewing. So excited!
