i just have to say one thing. Does anyone else get super annoyed seeing "casted" everywhere? I see it all over the board and its nonsensical in this context. "she was cast in the show" is proper, not "casted". Its like "irregardless".

I don't think Romee is pretty at all, I'd be okay if she didn't come back and took Maud, Sigrid, Kasia, Jac, Stella, Devon & a few others with her. The sex appeal in this show has been left to the vets and a handful of newer girls who got put in either crap outfits or the wrong segment. Bregje in Pink is just as bad as when they put Jasmine in Pink. What is the point? You look at them, and then look at the other girls in the segment and they're so out of place. I love Eniko but that outfit and her new hair color are trash. The music was mis-matched again and the performers every segment just bore me. Go back to the mixes and solo performances, focus on the girls not Taylor holding hands and high fiving everyone and Ariana all in the way. Editing is going to have to save this one.

Anyway, with regards to Stella, what are they going to do? Her nipples are clearly visible in her Fairy Tale look. I am surprised she got through all the fittings without it being noticed. I think they are probably going to scrap the entire look from the Broadcast.

Agree, the music was so mismatched to the segments. It was very forced. But I guess the musical acts bring the ratings so we're not going to see that go away any time soon.


whole segment clips have been uploaded from a person's cell phone on youtube, under user name artOfusion.co with the title Victoria Secret London - 2014 12 02 16 58 39. I won't link it cause the chance of it being available much longer is slim, but I was able to watch them just a few mins ago. So get 'em while you still can.


A few more observations - Martha's black wings look like Barbara F's wings from last year's Parisian segment, except they cut the long tails off of it. Isabeli's whole ensemble (lingerie + wings) in the Angel Ball segment looks almost identical to Adriana's piece from the Cast a Spell On You.


In the youtube vid I mentioned above, in the FT segment, when Stella is walking back, her wings slightly bumped into Lily D's wings, you can see Lily touching it to make sure the crystals didn't fall off. That's 2 strikes for Stella - the weird smile and she can't apparently gauge the distance she has between another model who's also wearing wings. Take a cue from Karolina in the opening segment of 2003 and see how a veteran does it.

So pleasantly surprised this year
-I loooove the runway, very circa early 2000's, such a nice change from all the glitter.
- Shanina, Joan and perhaps Cindy too have great angel potential.
- Karlie blew me away, never been too interested in her but her body is killer also loved her hair and the fact that they didn't put extensions on her or Jourdan.
- Make up was such a let down. It's too casual, needs to pop out a bit more.
- Ariana Grande looks about 12 years old.
-Romee Strijd and/or Bregje Heinen could totally take Elsa's place in Pink, loved them both.

It sounds really good, but I would have rather preferred to see Karlie opening to that song.

Everyone is obsessed with Joan, Karlie, Elsa, Bregje, even new girls like Devon and Romee.

Nobody cares about Adriana or Alessandra anymore. I guess their time with VS is really over. I love them but I personally bored with them in VS.

They should find something else to attract our attention just like what #BodyByIza does.

They had way too many fillers in this show. I love Sigrid but this just isn't her strongest point, I like Maud but she does not fit in. Why didn't they try to get Edita instead of Stella Maxwell? They are still really beautiful girls with amazing bodies but VS could find really the best of the best. I'm not Maryna's biggest fan but she is perfect for them yet she wasn't there.

I can't remember the last time I actually watched the broadcast on tv, do they actually blur the butts? Blurring seems like such an afterthought and counter to the show's aesthetics. They dress the models so much more conservatively these days for the TV broadcast it just seems sloppy to have a mistake like that. Especially after 2004 when Janet Jackson's nipple created a huge ripple effect in TV censorship.

I usually don't care for the performers but Ariana's part was really good. Yes she looks 12 years old but who cares when she has such a great voice. I loved the mix of her songs. She did her performance and was not getting into the models' way like Taylor usually does. It was very appreciable to see her doing her thing. That moment with Elsa's wings is already epic! #bangbangintomyface

I loved the cast from the beginning so there's almost nothing to complain about. The show itself was really enjoyable and I can't wait to discover it on TV. I loved the cohesion in the casting. Not even gonna say a word about the angels/veterans because they all looked perfect and it's clear that they are true professionals. Izabel is such a diva, she got us so entertained for the last few days
I feel like Devon and Cindy are awesome VS materials. Bregje's body is insane (as well as Jac's), I don't even care that she was in Pink considering the outfit she got, she was just a bombshell. Josephine is really getting into her role, she was great! I find Romee extremely pretty but I feel like she often overacts and that's a bit too much for my taste. Her body looks totally disproportionned too. I was happy to see Eniko back but her new hair color was too distractive. Same goes with Karlie, she looks twice her age in some pics. I like her as a blonde but this shape is definitely not a nice one. Kate Grigorieva is such a star, she's definitely my favorite of the year but I'm not convinced about her VS potential yet.
As much as I love her, Kasia doesn't fit VS. Stella Maxwell was completely useless, that expression...no. Maud looked better than last year I have to say, but I still don't get why put her in the show. Same with Sigrid & Jacquelyn. Ieva Laguna is often considered a filler but she is really underrated imo. Too bad she's not given the opportunity to "break from the quiet" because she is gorgeous and she has a good energy from the video I saw on Youtube. Too bad Imaan got covered up. I would have been bummed to #TrainLikeAnAngel and at the end end up with my body covered up I'm uncertain about Maria Borges, there's something about her that's escaping me. Sui He was once again gorgeous!
Anyway, not going to review every model, I'll patiently wait to watch the show properly on TV.

Watching the raw footage, they should've had only Taylor and Ariana perform. Mixes would have been more than sufficient for the other segments.

I know VS made a big deal of casting so many models this year, but they really could've cut down on the number so 1) more girls could've had more than one look, and 2) there wouldn't have been so many fillers.

When Taylor Swift is working the stage better than some of the models, it might be time to rethink some things, lol.

Overall though, this is shaping up to be one of the best VSFS's in a while.

Cindy, Grace, and Imaan looked amazing! Even though the latter two were only in the Pink section and had on those big t-shirts, I think they killed it. They seriously need to start using Cindy more for commercials and events because I think she has great Angel potential.

guys, have you seen this disaster? Taylor should never step foot on a catwalk anymore. it's like she was not happy with the mess from last year than returned eager to be the spotlight of the show and outshine every model on the runway as much as possible.

plus, I do love Karlie but to be honest, she has been the worst model this year

Just caught up with the show, one of the best in recent years, arguably the best since 2008.

The stage is AMAZING, I'm glad they switched it up, it's a bit of an eye-**** at times but it will look great in HD. I love that the runway is darker than usual, it really helps the graphics stand out.

The opening was ok, the lighting really helped, Behati did ok, would have preferred to have Candice open, her walk is getting so good! Best looks went to Candice, Lily Donaldson, Cindy, Constance and Devon (her wings with that hair are amazing!!)

Exotic traveler was such a let down, the idea sounded great but they executed it horribly, the only two good outfits were the Fantasy Bra's, Ed should have sang in "Dream Girls" as his song has a bit of a 50's vibe.

Dream Girls seems like a segment that was long time coming, a great way to really show off the lingerie. Not spectacular outfits but cohesive, they could have added some more feather boas, the jewelry is great, Romee has an AMAZING body.

Pink was decent, I liked Ariana's medley, a good start with the slow song then onto 3 back to back bangers. She also did a good job at not interrupting the models, it was unfortunate she got hit with a wing but that was pretty funny. Bregje, my god why did they send her back to Pink, she also has an amazing body.

Fairy Tale was very pretty, some great outfits and wings. Lindsay is really hitting the wing lottery. Now I can see why Alessandra and Adriana got cut down an outfit each, they were both at the end of Fairy Tale and had to switch to Angel's Ball right away, they could have put them in between Candice and Behati so they could have more time to change, wasn't Fairy Tale before Pink at first? I assume Elsa got Alessandra's outfit, who ended up getting Adriana's?

Angel's Ball looks amazing, glad they kind of went for a chess board like approach though I'm disappointed by the basic wings (heck the all wings overall have been lackluster this year, so small and there's only about 4-5 that are really amazing) I assumed they would surprise us with huge black wings but no, just some pieces of tulle on the shoulders and some ratty feathers. It would have been nice to see most of the girls with huge wings and end it like in 2003, with a bigger venue they really could have pulled that off.

Taylor could have sang "Blank Space" here, she was really annoying parading back and forth the runway and trying to interact with all the models, she should have been knocked out with some wings.

i still cant get over Bregje's body like its seriously the best body i have ever seen, beyonce needs to take some notes from that girl. #Breckhouse ..cheesy i know lol.
I feel pretty bad for blanca i cant believe taylor ruined her moment like that, that was so unnecessary. taylors is very humble and does not have a big ego at all but she just overdid it way too much by trying so hard. thats a sign of insecurity imo. kudos to arianna for a great performance and not trying to get all the spotlight.
