I'm really wondering why in the actual production video you hear the people clap and yell outrageously yet in the live videos from the show they hardly clap at all, let alone yell and scream. That must be quite demotivating for the models.

They most certainly do clap and yell, remember there are two tapings. One is for the media, agents, casting directors, editors etc. and the other is for celebrities, bloggers, and the general public who purchased a ticket. There is lots of clapping and yelling
