Michael Lohan describes 'mess' in daughter Lindsay's home: She 'looked like she was hit by a truck'
Michael Lohan's attempt to save both of his daughters this week left him in shock.
When a police officer accompanied him to daughter Lindsay Lohan's L.A. apartment on Thursday to check on the welfare of his 16-year-old daughter, Ali, everything was said to be "a mess."
"I said, 'Ali, it's dad, and I'm with the sheriffs,'" Michael told UsMagazine.com. "Ali poked her head out of the bedroom, and I walked up to her and I said, 'What's going on, honey? Are you okay?' and she started crying."
"Then I looked in the bedroom; there was a mattress on the floor with no furniture," he added. "Lindsay was laying on the mattress, sleeping."
When the troubled actress awoke, she "looked like she was hit by a truck," said Michael, adding that her eyes were "pale and bloodshot, and her hair was a mess."
Michael said Lindsay walked up to him and asked why he was in her apartment. He told her that he wanted to check on both of his daughters, as well as sit down and talk to her.
"Then she said, 'Get out of my apartment!' She started yelling at the police," Michael said.
Following the incident, LiLo went on a Twitter rant to say that her "ex-dad" walked into her apartment "like the devil's advocate."
"my lawyer isn't answering I NEED A RESTRAINING ORDER! MY SISTER AND FRIEND TOO!!!!! HE'S NUTS!!!" she wrote. "my BUILDING didn't STOP him, isn't it supposed to be safe? THAT'S WHY I MOVED HERE! it coulda been FAKE cops! dressed up!"
Michael told Hollyscoop.com that he wanted to check on his youngest daughter's well-being after hearing that Lindsay drove her home "at 115 miles per hour" from the Coachella music festival this past weekend.
Although he is concerned about her welfare, officers concluded that there was "no evidence of abuse" after inspecting the home and interviewing both girls.
However, Michael isn't convinced that his famous daughter is fine.
"We all know she's drinking and if she's on prescription drugs, you can't do both. And then there's c***ine, of course," he said. "There are some other things I've heard, but I can't prove."
Michael says he plans to meet with Lindsay's attorney to discuss getting a conservatorship, similar to what Jamie Spears was granted over daughter Britney Spears.
He added, "It breaks my heart to see Ali and Lindsay."

Michael says he called the cops to perform a "welfare check" on daughter Ali, 16, because he was concerned about her safety. "Ali is being exposed to nightlife and the people Lindsay is surrounding herself with," he told Hollyscoop at the time. She's 16 and she doesn't belong there. She's a minor."
But Dina says Ali and Lindsay, 23, are perfectly safe.
"Lindsay is absolutely, 100 percent, not [a bad influence]," she says. "Ali is amazing. She loves her sister. Would I let my daughter go anywhere that's dangerous? I mean, come on, Ali and Lindsay need to be protected from their ex-father. That's the dangerous situation."
Though Michael says he wants to help his daughters, Dina thinks that by going public with his concerns, "he's creating a worse situation for everyone."
"Michael's not well," Dina says. "Nothing he does surprises me. He's dangerous. He's not going to be able to [intrude] again and get that close. Ali doesn't want to see him again. She has a block on her phone because she was so petrified of him"
Bottom line? "He needs to pay child support and leave his kids alone," Dina says. "I'm not going to sit idle and watch bad things happen to my kids."

Lilo Might Be A Rolex Thief
One of the most important rules of life is that you should never ever leave anything of value around Lindsay Lohan unless you don't care if it's traded in for a Ziploc bag filled with the bad shi*. Well, apparently one of her dumb b*tch friends didn't learn this lesson and left a $35,000 Rolex at her apartment. Say goodbye to that shi*, because Lilo's nostrils ate it.
A police source tells TMZ that Lilo is a suspect and the cops have picture proof that she knows what happened to the Rolex. Lilo denied stealing the Rolex when the police questioned her on Wednesday afternoon. Her lawyer also said the accusations are made of lies.
Lilo is (allegedly) a hoarder, a klepto, a cokey and a rambling ball of delusion yet she still hasn't been on an A&E reality show?! How is this possible. Lilo is a stumbling and slurring episode of Intervention and Hoarders. Maybe A&E thinks that's too obvious.

Just for the record- I have been a Rolex freak for a long time (I once had a cheap steel one!!) and I have never seen one worth $35,000.00...even with tons of diamonds and so on...never...I think someone is exaggerating a bit.
