I acutally happen to agree. I think it's obvious she's gone, but I'm guessing she left but at the same time...her contract would be up. But my guess is she decided not to renew, so a little of each. they do need to keep their angel line up solid. The only girls that are around and are still going to be around for a long time are Heidi, Adriana and Alessandra. The last 2 are contracted for another 5-7 more years...I mean come on VS get some girls sign them and keep them on. Also, it's suspected Miranda is gone as well, but we'll be able to tell soon on that as well.

Anyways, 2010 has barely started and she is on a role lately work-wise, so I would really not mind at all if her VS contract ended.

Marisa`s leaving appears to be a mysterious kind. I tought she was a new VS darling, so much press she got at the end of last year. And I liked her, she`s not my type look-wise, but when I heard her talking for the first time I started warming up. I agree with everything being said about Marisa`s look and appearance, friendly and girl next door like, but still shiningly beautiful. I love other angels, but it`s nice there is some variety.

I just hope she doesn`t disappear for good.

I honestly don't know what to think about marisa. I liked her as a spokesmodel, but I think she wasn't too good on the runway or in print. I have a feeling Candice will be taking her place, then Rosie. Candice is EVERYWHERE with anything that has to do with Victoria's Secret. She just needs to work on speech.

I really don't want Marisa to leave. I think she really added something to the group. But, I guess the signs are a little too clear. I wish her the best with everything.

would not surprise me that before girls like candice or rosie to become the new angels, Vs made directly to other well-known models such as the SI models (bar, brooklyn, hilary...shock: their new angel.......as happened with Marisa Miller (i always thought that they took advantage of their popularity), that is why í´m more than sure if this is true, Marisa took the decision to leave this....

I honestly think a good line up with star power that is possible right now would be:

Alessandra Ambrosio
Bar Rafaeli
Brooklyn Decker
Hilary Rhoda
Emanuela de Paula

BAM, I think if they kept that for at least 5 years the line up would really be amazing. I see Brooklyn and Hilary being the best spokesmodels and representing the american public. Adriana, Alessandra will be the girls who rock the runway and print. Emanuela is the best possible African American angel to represent that demographic, and Bar has a lot of star power, not to mention she is great in print!

In the Herald Sq. and Lexington stores, I see Doutzen. I don't see anyone else unless you want to count the old backstage sexy photos in the Herald Sq. store and the Supermodel Obsessions pictures of Doutzen, Adriana, and Emanuela in the Lex store. In both stores, the new photos they have in the displays are of Doutzen. And I'm sure their floorset for Valentine's Day is coming soon and that is supposedly all Ale (she said she was doing promo) and maybe Rosie (she supposedly did a commercial for the Superbowl) and probably Candice. I think by March Rosie and Candice will be introduced as Angels. They wouldn't re-shoot Dream Angels Enchanted because it's old already. The thing with Love Rocks is that it was supposed to come out for Valentine's Day or the holidays (I forgot) and they scraped the fragrance campaign before Marisa could even launch it. That's what makes it weird. They're probably coming out with another Dream Angels fragrance soon though.

I think the line up might have some credibility, if they choose hf models,except candice and emanuela, as happened to 2005...
I don´t care if they are thin, only care if they are gorgeous, tall and young, so goodbye Miranda(I don´t find her beauty), marisa (gorgeous but old and short) and heidi(love her but enough!!!).
I would love to see Maryna in the angels group... she is perfect!!!!

and.... i dont think behati is still an angel......just a spokesmodel, no? she is cute but no angel-material B)

Marisa isn't an Angel anymore and she didn't leave. They chose not to renew her contract. Good luck waiting for VS to confirm or make an official announcement. I think Marisa will most likely say something soon though because like some of you've said, she is very interactive with her fans.
