I have to eat my words regarding Candice. I initially thought she would somehow manage to shine in that opening, but she seems to forgettable. Love the girl, but the opening was weak. They should have opened with Adriana in Super Angels, though that would have been so similar to the 2003 opening, which she rocked as well.

Ohhhh, nice!! I really like this song Well, guess I'll have to wait the edited show airs in Brazil (or youtube ) so I can see it.

But really, REALLY, why did they choose California King Bed for one of the 'fiercest' segments? The song choices this year were beyond terrible!!

^ I know right, that was the worst of all. I had initially thought the spanish segment would somehow echo the one in 2002, but its nowhere near that level. Also disappointed with PINK and I put a spell on you know. I don't even know what the song was in I put a spell.. but it was just off, and here I wanted to watch Doutzen rocking down to some amazing number. Also PINK is obviously not a favorite of mine, but I quite liked the music in the past year. Nicki Minaj was not up to par whatsoever and looked even more tragic. I wonder how it would have been with Cee-Lo there.

well lets just said the only twoi remember are Karlie n Adriana. Karlie really has such a big Runway precense, i mean great! she kill it!

even from the pictures I love how much fun she is having, now I am so pumped!! 29th can't come soon enough. And as if this hasn't been stated enough, dying to see her as an official angel already.

Lais is going to be their next black model. She's already in the newest Angels commercial, and she's the only one in it who isn't an Angel....

Inwould love for Lais to be an angel as well as another black girl. Emanuela deserves it, but its clear that if she doesn't have a contract now, she never will. I would love for Joan to get it. She blew me away this year. Did you see her on the red carpet? She looked better than every girl that walked the show

I am just hoping that the horrible music reflects on the ratings and they get people complaining on youtube(it already seems like its happening), so maybe next year they can get their act together and call Alexander De Betak back. I miss this man more than ever, those remixes were just amazing.

Isn't Jeremy Healy the main responsible for the music?

^It's funny how Gisele's name continues to be associated with VS via the media despite the fact she left ages ago! Don't worry, reporters, I miss her too.

Here's the thing, the same guy who did those remixes in 03 and 05 is the same guy who's working today.

The ideas for the music changed when Hamish and Co. got rid of Alex de Betak and their group. Alex has a great eye for music even though he's a fashion director. Once he left, those ideas went with him.

Wow, really?! Bring back de Betak then! At least not for the whole show, but for the music.

, You think in 5 years the media would have realised Gisele left. Why didn't they also mention why Tyra wasn't there

take a look in Jeremy Healy's second (and latest) tweet, and it was in 2010, so I guess he still is responsible for the VS music... I think he works for VSFS since 2003

I definitely know he has been working there since 2006, cause a lot of the songs were credited to him, but I am not too sure about the shows prior to that. If he has been there since 2003 then I wish he goes back to that remix style. But I always associated the shows before 2006 with Alexander and especially loved his influence/overall direction of the shows.

Now Karlie has walked the VS runway...I could belive any model could....bet Snejana and Vlada will be their next time shaking their....oh wait :/

Even though i would freak out if Vlada or Snejana would do this show, saying it like if karlie who's probably the definition of HF model can, anyone mode can... i just don't think she fitted that well in the show (Judging from the pictures), she looks cute and beautiful, but there's nothing sexy in the pictures, plus her body it's not the best i think... she has no Hips and boobs.
