lets not forget that the show is televised, VSFS is more than a lingerie show. It has a bigger budget than other shows and is more exciting. People don't watch the show to buy the lingerie (thats the point of other lingerie shows), its about creative a costume

Agent Provocateur, Etam, and Intimissimi would kill to put on a show like VS.

where is the publicity when Agent Provocateur, Etam, and Intimissimi put on a show

If people want to watch boring models walk up and down in boring lingerie then Agent Provocateur, Etam, and Intimissimi shows are for them. If people want to watch a show, with exciting models, creative lingerie and costumes then VSFS is for them

The music, OMG, it is so so so so bad

Such a shame. Music plays a very big part in this show and there's no way you can walk fierce (I'm all Tyra now I'm sorry ahhaha) and sexy on California King Bed, or Secrets, or just plain rap from Kanye West.
I'm seriously disappointed in that

I hate to break it to all the naysayers, but Karlie is the future for Victoria's Secret. I've rarely seen so much personality on a VS runway. That, and the glamazon powers she has...if they take good care of her (she's only 18 now, so), VS might have themselves a Gisele 2.0. Yes, I said it.

Twitter is definitely the place where I go to have my news confirmed, so now everything makes total sense... it still looked kind of ridiculous, and if she did it because she got loud applause, it's still going to look ridiculous on the show because the audience noise is definitely dimmed down anyway.


I think that the pointing/waving/making a scene on the runway would be a little easier to swallow if the music was a little more upbeat than what they picked for the majority of the segments this year. Models pointing and waving to California King Bed just isn't quite as tolerable as when they're doing it to Super Bass.

I feel sad about the songs choices. Like MikChick said, there's no way the model can give a powerful walk with that boring songs...
Only 3 segments got good songs. Make Me Wanna Die, Stronger and Super Bass.
I was glad that Moves like Jagger was one of the chosen ones for the show, but I don't think the live performance was that great, especially cuz this song doesn't fit the whole idea of the Aquatic segment.

now that im seeing the musical acts, im so happy they didn't get lil wayne. i think i would've had been disgusted seeing such ugly creature next to gorgeous women.

karlie will never be no damn gisele. gisele is on a whole different level. karlie will always be "cute karlie" because she doesn't have the sex appeal. i dont find her sexy. she has more of the cute girl next door look. and im just giving my opinion.
