Why does the Pink section look like that isle at the party store with: Hot Nurse, Hot Policewoman, Sexy Firefighter. This is the tackiest, a true low.

Magda is boss and Maria Borges is giving me some serious Alec Wek vibes. Back when VS let personalities shine and everyone wasn't a tanned clone of each other.

THIS. I hate how homogenized the VSFS is now. I'm soooo glad they let Maria Borges keep her hair. She looks absolutely magnificent in that blue. What a gorgeous, natural smile!

So far the outfits seem pretty bad. The show is giving me the same "meh" vibe I had in 2009, which was the worst show ever, imo.

PINK has hit a new low in tackiness. "Hot Cop"? Really?! It's like a trashy dollar store Halloween costume.

Everything seems so lackluster, all the themes really look like they've done them better before. Ice Angels and Exotic Butterflies are worst versions of segments they've done before, and none of the wings seem very impressive this year.

Really disappointing so far. The outfits are either hideous or just underwhelming, and the hair/makeup makes everyone look washed out. I swear girls like Adriana and Candice would look better with no makeup than the makeup they put on them tonight - really weird. Elsa and Lais are the two standouts for me so far, but nothing is wowing me yet.

PS- Selena Gomez looks terrifying with those color contacts (see pink carpet), like a zombie or something.

Elsa looked gorgeous! Like some stunning ice queen.

Gigi looked better as a firefighter, she has a decent waist. Didn't like her other outfit at allll. Kendall looked a bit nervous but so pretty! Although I was she was a bit paler, her dark eyes and hair look way better when she's her natural pale colour.

Megan... there are no words.


I miss Karlie and Doutzen.

Love that Ming got 2 outfits. She's stunning.

Taylor's outfit in the Pink is just weird. I thought they made the flag wings or something, but it looks like she literally just carrying it on her back.

Sanne's outfit... makes her look like a maid.

Just saw all of the outfits at wwd.com. Would post them, but it's 3 a.m. here and I have to get some sleep!

Either way, some thoughts based on the stills:

1. The whole show looks like a remake from previous years. Many outfits are TOTALLY like others they had...I had to look twice to realize it was a whole new look! Shame!

2. The wings were very boring, with the exception of some firework wings and 2 pairs from the snow angels (or whatever it's called!)

3. Maud, Megan and Stella wrong wrong wrong seriously, what a waste of spots

4. Romee, Cindy, Shanina and Taylor looked pretty awesome Sara looked very poised this year, I loved that!

5. Many forgettable faces...I kept mistaking the newcomers with girls who have walked last year, what a mess of casting...

6. The only segment I really liked was fireworks, the butterfly coming second...and only because it had two or three pretty outfits...the boho thingy was a mess, not even gonna talk about PINK..., the portrait of an angel was TOTALLY forgettable and the snow angels was AWFUL on photos, with the exception of Candice's and Barbara's outfits and Elsa's wings... Major disappointed, even for my low expectations...

7. Adriana and Alessandra looked great! Adri doesn't age and Alessandra's sex-appeal increases each passing year! Seriously, VS, DON'T let them go! They are essential in that sea of "blondie who" models you cast each year, they really STAND OUT...

Adriana in that class of 2015 photo...I hope that's just the angle.
Are they re-using wings? The gold one on Iza is like Candice's from Cast A Spell On You, and Romee's is definitely Adriana's from last year's Snow Angels. Even that girl with the Finish Line wing looks like they took apart Iza's ribbon wings from the Game On section of 2010.

Gigi's pants had the same fur appliqué that the girls had on last year in PINK.
They should consider Jeremy Scott for next year's show seeing how the shows are going.

I looked at the pics, and I don't see Kendall or Gigi with wings. Gigi's butterfly outfit has adornments, but those aren't wings. am I missing something?
