^ And as we know, there is no one like Marc for being on top of a trend
Well, I would imagine that people in the p*rno industry are probably extremely cautious about STDs. In fact, I'd be willing to wager that a p*rno star from a "respected" p*rno company probably has a significantly lower chance of carrying STDs than an average Joe C***sucker from a bar. I know nothing about p*rn, but it seems logical. Still sleazy and unpleasant though.pardon my prudishness but what is it with these designers and p*rn stars? besides being totally boring aesthetically,i think i would be a bit skeezed out by the prospect, myself. ick.
Haha you're right, on the top of my head I can think of Calvin Klein, Alexander McQueen and Marc Jacobs. Are there any more?
Also, Lacroix is bi, but we already had that.
wwd.comCAN I GET A WITNESS: After 28 years as a couple, Mark Badgley and James Mischka made their union official by tying the knot Friday at City Hall. While the designers have made their mark with red-carpet gowns for VIPs like Sharon Stone, Oprah Winfrey, Teri Hatcher and Melissa Etheridge, they were considerably more understated about celebrating their own big day. Badgley’s twin sister O’Hara was the sole witness when they sealed the deal at the City Clerk’s office.
Her brother met Mischka at Parsons School of Design and the design duo launched their Badgley Mischka label in 1988 and added bridal in 1993. Their plan for Friday night was to host a private dinner with 22 of their nearest and dearest friends at the SoHo bistro Raoul’s. There was no word on the dress code at press time but the wedding cake was sure to be decked out, thanks to Sylvia Weinstock.
Wait! Marc dated Erick Rhodes?!!? When !?
