I think one of the things that may have made the editing suck so much is that there were too many looks too many girls in the same amount of time, I don't think a quarter of a second is enough for a girl to shine particularly the ones who only have one look, there were too many wings also, the dancers seemed more like obstacles in the Pink section, far too much attention on Taylor and her awkward interaction with the models.
Most girls looked amazing

PS: I dont get the Devon Windsor fandom she looked really boring to me, almost as dead as Stella, and I thought Izabel's hairflip was all kinds of funny
 
I just remembered that they showed no backstage footage during the segments... or no voice-overs from backstage either, right?
 
I feel like no one really "brought it" this year. Even the Angels looked dull. And I have to disagree about the cast. Aside from veterans like Isabeli and Magda as well as models like Cindy, Imaan, Grace, and Maria, I thought the cast was super dull. All the girls who everyone seems to be excited about (Kate, Devon, etc) were so boring IMO.

And the editing was probably terrible because they did it in about a week, right?
 
I don't get the Kate or Devon hype at all and totally agree with you, as well as whoever else said that the editing was crappy. The runway/graphics looked nice but that's really about it.
 
I actually really liked the show. Much better than last year. The only let downs were the outfits for Exotic Traveller/Pink & the in between segments (why not take advantage of the location & show more of the models exploring London?). I liked the rest of the looks & the stage/runway (the lighting effects were awesome). I'll always want more mixes (loved the Gilded Angels one) but I liked the music this year.

It was special seeing Ale & Adriana together with their FBs. Doutzen & Joan were so hot dancing together backstage. How Joan is not an angel is beyond me. Her walk is strong & she's total angel material. Same with Bregje. What a body & walk. Jac looked great too. Wish we could've seen more of Blanca's walk. She's so beautiful. Devon as well. A few models didn't impress, but I hope to see most back next year with more than 1 look.

I loved all the lingerie in Dream Girls. :wub: It felt like an actual lingerie show for a moment. :heart: Fav segment on outfits alone. Gilded Angels was so cool, as well as Angel Ball. Fairytale was great. Not sure about all the new girls in the credits, but I like Jasmine. She should be the new Pink girl.

Well, aside from the Taylor Swift show, a lot of it was fun for me. I thought the runway itself looked great, and a lot of the girls looked lovely. The fantasy bra segment with Ale and Adriana felt special and well deserved, and for the other Angels, I thought that Candice and Doutzen looked even better in motion. Unfortunately, I thought the whole Karlie ballet segment was awkward as hell and for some reason I kept thinking her shoulders looked incredibly broad in that segment. Also, why the heck was Stella in the opening credits? Iza is a riot as always and Shanina looked super hot. Ariana did a fairly decent job of staying out of the way while performing, but the less I say about Taylor, the better. I will just say that I hope next year to actually see the models.
 
I finally watched the show and I had higher expectations to be honest.
I did not like Taylor interacting so much with the models. Do it a little but there is no need to go over the top.
Also did she touch Magdalena and Magdalena ingored her? :D
I did not like Ariana at all but as someone has already pointed out at least she stayed out of the way.
I didn't like Stella, she seemed uncomfortable and awkward. Also Kate wasn't memorable to me. Romee looked way better than I thought she would, she had more presence. Same goes for Sara.
I mostly looked forward to seeing Candice, Joan, Shanina, Lindsay, Adriana, ... They all looked amazing.
 
The show was very good, but I like more mature artists.
Loved how Doutzen and Joan were dancing behind the scences together. Joan deserves to become an angel.
 
Kate is beyond stunning, but I would've loved a strong strut la Maryna Linchuk.O well there is always next year. Devon was the standout for me, she looked hot and so confident in Gilded Angels.
 
Just watched the show. It's better than last year for sure. Behati's opening is quite forgettable. Lindsay looks so adorable. I love her appearance on VSFS, flirty and fun. Lily D looks gorgeous.
My favorite segments were Gilded Angel and Fairy Tale and Hozier's performance was awesome. Exotic Traveler was a let down. To be frank, I quite enjoying Pink, i cannot stand Ariana but she's more enjoyable than Taylor and the styling on pink weren't so disastrous plus Elsa looks soooooo adorable.
Adriana and Ale's video is just so adorably cute
 
I think the only reason why VS hasnt signed Joan or Constance is because they have a massive contract with Estee Lauder. They look fabulous!!
 
I thought it was very good. Behati's opening was forgettable. Sigrid was boring last year, I think this year she brought a lot more personality onto the runway. In fact, a lot of the girls who are walking a second or third time have upped their game. Even Maud looked like she was having fun. Eniko was simply stunning on camera, I hope she becomes a show regular from now on. #bodybyiza brought her A-game; say what you will about her backstage antics, but the girl knows how to werk! Overall I was very impressed.


Some more notes: it's time Sui He gets winged. She got the Stam/Julia Stegner treatment this year with that ridiculous shoulder thing in the opening segment. Aside from Liu Wen getting that flag thing in 2010's Game On, which VS considers "wings", none of the Chinese models have ever gotten wings.


Lily A appears to continue being a sh*tty walker, cause most of her shots are from the waist up when she's walking.


Those blond twin dancers during Ariane's Pink performance are so cute.


But overall I enjoyed the show this year, I thought they did a good job, so kudos to all the people behind the show who worked so hard on it.
 
The difference between Sigrid in Dream Girl and Sigrid in Angel Ball was staggering:lol:
She looked like some random school girl strayed onto the runway in DG and then a total supermodel in AB. I'd still cast Toni over her though.
My biggest surprise this year was Martha. I wasn't a big fan of her, but she looked stunning and walked confidently this year.
And the worst, without a single doubt was Stella. WTH she was doing in the credit?:unsure:

Oh and Blanca, please come back next year and the year after and after and after...
