Project Runway Season 5

Did anybody notice how they kept zooming in on Jerrell's crotch?? Those pants were just a tad bit tight, you could see everything! I'm surprised Jerrell didn't feel uncomfortable, or atleast place his hands in front of his crotch in a non-attention averting manner.
It was hard not to notice. I didnt so much like the pants, especially the zipper. I believe that was what drew the attention to that area. With pants that tight you cant really wear underwear but yeah, he had some junk goin on huh? ^_^

I'm so glad you brought that up! Watching the show, they made it so obvious...

Hahaha, personally I find Jerrell rather cute, in his own sort of way, which made the whole situation rather amusing. Plus with the episode when he was standing in his underwear making himself some breakfast, they kept the camera on him for a good 10 seconds. The camera man must really have a thing for Jerrell, huh?

Hate to say it, but I think Jerrell's was probably the worst. I don't get why everyone praised it so much. It just looked like any other skanky pop outfit.

Leanne's was bad too. Michael nailed it when he said she looked like she was going out to eat ribs.

I actually kinda liked Suede. And, it did look like a rock outfit. Not all rock stars dress like Kiss or Bowie (in fact very very few do get that outrageous). So, I thought it was totally appropriate. And, the detailing on the pants was nice too.

I didn't really like anyones outfit this week. Suede looked crazy in that makeup and hair!!

I really do not like Kinley, what an unappreciative little girl. She needs to take the criticism and learn from it not try to argue her way out of it, it's not a courtroom. How disrespectful!

the show does say that producers have a "say" in the outcomes and i think that "say" was sooo present in this episode.

even though i do not like suede, he did not deserve to go home on the basis of this outfit alone. i always thought they kept in mine the past work but i remember michael saying on one reunion show that he looks at only the present outfit and not the previous, you're only as good as your current outfit.

it seems like they were making bs excuses to hate suede's outfit and ways to like korto which honestly was a mess. it was cliche and messy, though i like the bleaching of the jeans. they should have gotten rid of suede a long time ago when he did suck..

whatever :)

Now that Suede's out, it's about time for the judges to axe Kenley out of the show. I am so offended by her attitude. So rude!!

IMO, that episode BLEW! they only put all four in the finale b/c all the dresses pretty much sucked.

I'm shocked that Jerrell's dress won. I mean, it was a mess. The only good thing about it was the color.

And if Korto's dress was pageant then Kenley's dress was Dreamgirls.

I agree.

Leeanne (I have no clue if I'm spelling this right ) should of won. The only thing the slightest bit wrong with that dress was the random piece of fabric. Even so, Jerrell's negatives outweigh her's.

None of them even deserved to go to Bryant Park after that disaster last night, and the fact that all their attitudes were rank! LeAnn, Korto and Jerrell have nothing to be proud of either, not just Kenley, when it comes to being good people. They're all a bunch of testy, backstabbing beyotches!

I agree last night's challenge wasn't their best work and they couldn't decide which dress was the worse so they put all four thru. I was annoyed at that. They did it with Chris and Rami, but at least they were both equally deserving imo. I would be interested in seeing what kenley does, but i don't think she proved herself enough to move on to bp. I almost started to feel sympathy for her last night, until she opens her mouth with some dumb comment. It's all in the editing I think, so you never know what the real deal is.

btw, korto needs to use a bra more. she was showing all thru her dress

I can't even believe such subpar dresses were done last night  The challenge was pretty open, I mean they didn't have any restrictions or obstacles... so they should have all done amazing work. I agree if anyone though, that clearly Leeann should have won.

I agree with you. All four of them have horrible personalities. Kenley is a loud defensive obnoxious lady who can't take criticisms constructively, while the other three are backstabbers who act as if they are the nicest creatures in the world. But then again, who am I to judge them? I don't really know what's going on off-camera. What I see on cam definitely turns me off though.

Anyway, the designs last night were hideous. None of them deserved to win, even Jerrell. Oh well.

Me too! I felt so bad for her being all alone in the corner, but then I went back to hating her when she made those rude, brash comments.

I can see where Jerrell was going with his dress.. Perhaps if the top wasn't so low, and the bottom so high, he could have made a dress that was actually deserving of being the favorite.

I'm very interested to see what the designers can come up with next week. I especially can't wait to see what Kenley will pull out of her a**, it may surprise us all.

The Kenley Show yet again. Blaming defeat on the Hip Hop outfit on Leanne was just fcuking pathetic, oh cry me a river. It just shows how mature as a designer she is. If she can't see or take in what others judge her garments then what the fcuk is she doing in a designing competition?

Those four garments were really fugly. Iwasn't surprised as this happens every season; it's the last challenge before heading up to Bryant Park, and they're exausted and fed up - so the end product is sub par. However, Kenley should've gone home for the choice of fabric. Dear lord, what the fcuk was that? An entire dress made with that? N, no. The challenge is an "organic theme" and she buys, a horrible fish scale fabric?!

On a second not, WHY do we have to deal with the ordeal that's going to be a second episode of these four fighting for the finale? Other than drama? There is none. Just eliminate someone already!

On my closing note, check out this blog...it's hilarious

The Newsday fashionn reviewer seems to think the three girls make it to the finale based on what she saw at the runway show. She usually is right on and that would be surprising...
